CHIYODA ANTI-SPATTER TUBING L-FLEX

CHIYODA ANTI-SPATTER TUBING TE - AF

Features:

TE-AF is specially designed anti-spatter tube for robotic and automobile welding line applications where tube is continuously exposed to weld spatters

TE-AF can be connected with One-Touch fitting without removing the outer jacket as with the LE Series tubing

TE-AF constitutes Polyurethane base PUR material with special composition rubber material. The material properties comply with 94UL (Underwriters Laboratory) VO specifications. When weld spatter comes in contact with the protective jacket material, the rubber becomes carbonized.

CHIYODA ANTI-SPATTER PUR TUBING     ALE TYPE L-FLEX TUBING

Features:

ALE type L-Flex tube is three layer anti-spatter tube. TE tube is covered with an aluminium film and polyolefin plastic (Flame resistance type)

This tube can work in highly spatter created environment (Arc welding etc.) and has excellent anti-spatter properties

Even if fire resistant resin of an outer cover melts in heavy sputter condition, an aluminium film makes heat conduct promptly and protect the inner tube

We recommend this tube for heavy exposures in welding and spatter environment

HYDROLYSIS RESISTANT POLYURETHANE TUBING    TE-TYPE

TOUCH CONNECTORS FUJI / FUJI-H TYPE

Touch connectors protect exposed parts of double layered anti-spatter tubing from welding, spatter with the metal cap.

Features:

Two types of material Resin and Polyurethane with metal (Brass and Zinc alloy) are used for these connectors

Lock ring function does not allow tube rotation when tube is inserted and prevents damage

Design prevents sudden acting pressure on tube such as pulling etc.

Compared with standard Touch connectors FIVE they are more stronger and rigid by 20-30%

TOUCH CONNECTORS
